What Is Self Drilling Anchor Plate

The self drilling anchor plate is a pressed thick steel plate with central concave dome design, specially matched with fully threaded hollow self drilling anchor bars, anchor nuts and couplers in one complete anchoring set. Unlike flat ordinary steel sheets, the integrated domed camber structure is the key technical innovation of premium self drilling anchor plates :

After tightening the anchor nut, the arched surface evenly disperses the axial tension of hollow anchor bar to rock / soil working face, avoiding local pressure damage to loose surrounding rock
